William M. Flynn, Strategic Advisor,
and partner in Harris Beach, LLC, has been ECS’ lead advisor since February 2007. Bill is former chairman of the New York State Public Service Commission. Prior to that, he served as president of New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). Bill strategically advises ECS concerning additional market opportunities.

Paul G. Afonso, Strategic Advisor,
and practice leader of Brown Rudnick’s Government Law and Strategies Group, provides counsel to ECS on strategic business development initiatives in New England and other energy markets. Paul is former chairman of the Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Energy (now the Public Utility Commission).
