Our PowerPay! demand response programs put you, the customer, first, offering the highest value with no out-of-pocket cost.
We follow up with you periodically to make sure your staff understands the PowerPay! program and to update our database with any changes that might occur in your facility. We offer free seminars on how to maximize your revenue and help you put together a Reduction Action Plan to prepare for events. In addition, we can review your electric interval usage data, perform a free demand response audit and identify any opportunities for state and federal funding of energy projects.
ECS believes strongly in rewarding successful participants beyond the PowerPay! program payments, in some additional unique ways:
● Successful customers receive performance plaques, which they can proudly hang in their facility to announce their civic and environmental stewardship to employees, business partners and the public.
● ECS issues press releases, identifying customers’ successful performances and contributions, which, if desired, could be forwarded to newsletters or periodicals of most interest to the customer.
● You or your company can receive a referral payment if a colleague at another facility signs up for a PowerPay! program
● Throughout the year, ECS distributes sporting event tickets to PowerPay! participants to use as a reward for their own employees or give away to customers.
● For every customer that signs up for one of our demand response programs, ECS plants 10 trees as part of our Green Roots Initiative.
● ECS annually awards the best performing customers with the Blackout Buster Award, which involves large bonus payments (typically $5,000 - $10,000) or season tickets to a local professional team of the customer's choice.
